This policy explains how Up in pieces LLC, operating SuperPuby, handles personal information when you browse, create designs, or order products. Privacy contact: hello@superpuby.com.

Information we collect
We collect the email address you provide, design prompts and uploads, saved artwork, approval and sharing choices, and information needed for your orders, including your name and delivery address. We also keep payment references, transaction status, creator-credit records, support messages, and technical or security records such as request information and abuse-prevention events. Stripe handles payment credentials; SuperPuby does not store full card numbers.
Why we use it
We use this information to maintain your account and guest designs, generate and preview artwork, calculate shipping and tax, process and fulfill orders, provide support, administer creator credit, and prevent abuse. We send essential sign-in and order messages. We do not sell your personal information.
Services that help us operate
Cloudflare provides hosting, storage, security, and account and order email services. OpenAI processes prompts, artwork, and related content for generation and moderation. Stripe processes payments and tax calculations. Our printing and fulfillment partner receives the artwork, product selections, and recipient information needed for previews, shipping quotes, printing, and delivery. These providers process information to deliver their services under their own terms and privacy practices. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where providers operate.
Private designs and public listings
New designs created under the purchase-required privacy terms enter our improvement and safety review. They are not public while awaiting review. By accepting those terms before artwork creation, you allow safe, administrator-approved designs to join the collection. A confirmed paid order by the creator unlocks privacy for the exact artwork ordered; a checkout attempt or another shopper’s purchase does not. Private designs remain accessible to the creator, administrators, and providers needed to generate, review, and fulfill them. Existing designs keep their earlier sharing choices. Public artwork and listing details may be viewed by others, promoted by SuperPuby, and indexed by search engines or product listings. Do not submit confidential information. Flagged personal details must be addressed before publication. Making a design private stops new collection purchases; outside copies and search-engine caches may remain.
Cookies and account access
An essential session cookie keeps track of your guest designs and sign-in and expires after 30 days. Email sign-in links expire after 15 minutes. Clearing or blocking cookies can interrupt access to guest work. Payment and security providers may use their own cookies and similar technologies when you use those features. We do not currently run optional advertising trackers on the storefront.
How long information is kept
We keep account and design information to provide saved work and order history. We retain order, payment-reference, credit, and support records as needed for fulfillment, disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations. Retention depends on the record and those purposes; cookie or sign-in-link expiry does not automatically delete the related records. You can request deletion, and we will explain any information that must be retained.
Access, correction, and deletion
Email hello@superpuby.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to ask about other privacy rights available where you live. Use the email associated with your account when possible. We may need to verify your identity before acting and will respond as required by applicable law. Do not include sensitive identity documents in your initial email. Eligible designs can be made private from your account. The purchase requirement for optional design privacy does not limit your rights concerning personal information or your ability to report a privacy concern.
Children and sensitive information
SuperPuby is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for creating or ordering your product. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact hello@superpuby.com so we can review and address it.
