Review before you buy

Check the design, exact wording, product preview, size, color, quantity, and shipping address before payment. AI-generated artwork can contain mistakes, so your review matters. Screen colors and product previews can vary slightly from a physical print; damaged, defective, or incorrect products are covered by our shipping and returns policy.

Prices and checkout

Prices are in US dollars. Your checkout quote shows merchandise, any applied merchandise credit, shipping, and applicable tax before payment. Quotes are time limited and may need to be refreshed. The total presented for payment is the amount you authorize.

Payment and confirmation

Stripe processes payments. Available card and wallet options depend on your device and browser. SuperPuby does not store your full card number. After payment is confirmed, we create your order and send an order confirmation to the email supplied at checkout.

Production and delivery

Items are made to order by our fulfillment partner. Our standard US delivery estimate is approximately 14 calendar days, including production. Products may arrive in separate shipments. Your account shows available order and tracking updates.

Changes, cancellations, and problems

Email hello@superpuby.com promptly with your order number if something is wrong or you need to request a change. Changes or voluntary cancellations may no longer be possible once production begins. The shipping and returns policy explains defect claims and delivery issues; mandatory consumer rights still apply.

Artwork permissions

Only submit artwork, names, photographs, logos, and other material you have the right to use. Buying a printed product does not transfer ownership of its design or grant a separate license to reproduce it. New designs enter review for the collection; a paid order unlocks privacy for the artwork ordered. Existing designs retain their earlier sharing choices. The creator terms explain these rules.
