Make more of your ideas. New designs enter SuperPuby’s improvement and safety review and may join the collection after approval. Ordering your artwork unlocks the option to keep it private. Daily and weekly image allowance
Each user with a verified email account receives up to 3 free image generations per day and a total of 10 per calendar week. The daily allowance resets at midnight Mountain Time (America/Boise); the weekly allowance resets Monday at midnight in the same time zone, including daylight saving time changes. Unused free generations do not carry over. Each new image or image revision uses one free generation while both allowances have room. After either free limit is reached, each additional image uses one generation credit. Existing purchased or granted generation credits keep their balance when free allowances reset. Direction review and edits to titles, directions, or separate wording are free when they do not generate an image. Generation credits are separate from merchandise store credit.
New designs and review
For designs created under these terms, you accept collection eligibility before creating artwork. Every successfully generated design enters review, even if you do not order or finish approving it. A verified email account, recorded acceptance of these terms, automated content checks, and administrator review of quality, wording, rights, and privacy are required before publication. We may request improvements or reject a design. Flagged personal or confidential details must be addressed before a design can be published. There is no guarantee that a design will be selected or sold. Designs created under earlier sharing rules retain those choices, including the option to remain private without an order.
Your rights and permission to use your work
You retain rights you hold in uploaded content. By accepting these terms before generating a new design, you grant SuperPuby a nonexclusive license to store and review it and, following approval, display, print, sell, fulfill, and promote the artwork and its product previews. A design made private is removed from new public listings and collection sales, while uses needed for review, your orders, and existing orders continue. This does not transfer your underlying upload rights. AI-generated content may not qualify for copyright protection, and we do not promise exclusive output or copyright ownership.
What you may submit
You must have permission to use uploaded images, names, logos, photographs, and other protected material. Do not submit infringing, unlawful, hateful, or deceptive content, or another person’s private information without permission. Review the exact wording and artwork before approval. Automated checks and listing approval do not establish that a design is legally cleared.
Review, reports, and removal
We may reject, restrict, or remove designs and investigate reports. Use the design’s report option or email hello@superpuby.com with the design link and your concern. To ask us to reconsider a moderation decision, email the design link and relevant information.
Ordering to keep artwork private
For a new design, a confirmed real payment on the creator’s own order unlocks privacy for the exact artwork ordered. You may select “keep private after I order” before checkout or make eligible artwork private later from your account. Until payment is confirmed, that choice does not remove the design from review or collection eligibility. Test payments, incomplete checkout, and purchases by other customers do not unlock privacy. Changing the artwork creates a new revision that returns to review and needs its own paid order to unlock privacy. Private designs still receive administrator safety and quality review, but approval does not publish them. Refunds and cancellations do not automatically make private artwork public. We retain records needed for existing orders, disputes, and legal obligations. Public copies, printed products, and search-engine caches cannot be recalled. You may report a privacy, safety, or rights concern regardless of whether you have ordered.
Creator rewards
The current creator reward is 10% of eligible discounted merchandise revenue, excluding shipping and tax. Your own purchases are not eligible. Rewards remain pending until 30 days after fulfillment and can be reversed after a refund, cancellation, or dispute. Available rewards are promotional merchandise credit, not cash. Any expiration follows the offer recorded with the award and the fixed deadline shown in your account, where permitted by law. Earlier awards keep their original terms, including no expiration. Changes to these terms
The version of these terms recorded with your approval remains part of your listing record. Updated terms will be published here and shown when a new approval is requested. Changes do not remove mandatory rights, retroactively change the reward calculation for an already completed eligible sale, or replace an existing award’s original expiration date or lack of expiration. Changes to the promotional credit period apply only to new issuances under the applicable offer.
