Earning creator rewards
The current creator reward is 10% of discounted merchandise revenue on eligible purchases of your approved public design by other customers. Shipping and tax are excluded. Purchases linked to your own account or account email are not eligible. Publishing a design alone does not earn a reward.
Pending and available balances
An eligible sale must be paid and fulfilled. Rewards remain pending until 30 days after fulfillment before becoming available. The hold does not use up a new reward’s validity period. Your account shows your balance, credit activity, and the fixed expiration date of each expiring award. Earlier pending awards retain their original terms when they become available.
Using merchandise credit
Available credit can discount merchandise in a future signed-in checkout. It does not pay shipping or tax and cannot make the order total negative. Usable credit with the soonest expiration is applied first, followed by credit with no expiration. Credit reserved for an unpaid checkout is released when that checkout expires or is canceled; it may remain reserved while payment status is being reconciled. A reservation or release does not extend the original deadline. Released credit that has already expired remains expired.
Refunds, cancellations, and disputes
Credit earned from a refunded, canceled, or disputed sale may be held or reversed. If that credit has already been used, the reversal can reduce your balance and offset future earnings. Eligible credit applied to a refunded order is returned as credit with its original deadline, including no expiration; it is not converted into cash. If the original deadline has passed, the returned promotional credit remains expired. Purchased balances, cash-refund credit, merchandise-return credit, and other nonpromotional balances are not reclassified as expiring promotional rewards. Contact us if an adjustment looks wrong.
Promotional reward deadlines
The initial offer for new promotional creator rewards is one year (365 days) after the reward becomes available, where permitted by law. The applicable offer recorded with each award determines its validity period, and your account shows the actual fixed expiration date. The period offered for later issuances may change. Such a change applies only to new awards and never shortens or resets an existing award’s deadline. Existing available and pending credit keeps its original expiration date, including no scheduled expiration. There are no inactivity, dormancy, or maintenance fees.
Other limits
Credit cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. It is not a bank account, wages, or an investment. Generation credits are a separate allowance for creating artwork; merchandise credit does not automatically pay for image generation. Applicable legal protections take priority over any program limit or expiration.
